About Us

"The" place to eat near City Hall and the 9/11 Memorial, with a lively bar crowd of young people from the world of art, architecture and technology.

We serve American food with a Latino influence, along with some popular classics. Our dishes include grilled cod fish or beef tacos, roasted pork or vegetable quesadillas, WTK Salad with halloumi cheese, Beet Salad, Quinoa Salad and Citrus Salad. We are known for our thin-and-seared Fresh Salmon Steak and our Lobster Mac & Cheese, a long-time favorite. Our menu also features beef, turkey and vegetable burgers, homemade fries and, if it’s your thing, a great meatloaf.

We are in the historic Woolworth Building, built in 1913 for cash by Frank W. Woolworth. It was the tallest building in the world until the Empire State Building took that crown in 1931. Eating with us is not just an enjoyable dining experience; it is a nostalgic trip back in time. Ground Zero, the 9/11 Memorial and the Freedom Tower are within easy walking distance, and if you enjoy shopping, Century 21 is only four blocks away.

"This Financial District restaurant is a popular lunch spot." (Time Out)

These days in New York City it is not easy to have a good hot lunch with a white tablecloth and linen napkins for under $25, but this restaurant successfully met this challenge. Give it a try if you find yourself in the City Hall area of lower Manhattan at lunchtime.

On a recent Monday, my co-workers and I stepped through the historic Woolworth Tower and into a perfect fusion of old and new, downtown style and New York....Overall, I found the food to be mild tasting with subtle flavors, but completely satisfying.
